A usuability problem of e-mail messaging programs

All e-mail composers share the same structure: first, the user introduces the addresses of the recipients, afterwards the subject and, finally, the actual message.
I would completely reverse this order. I would prefer to first, write the message, and afterwards, depending on its contents, I’d like to introduce the title and the recipients.
